A proposed change needs to be considered against the property’s approvals and the treatment of its terrace. Share any established colour schedule and seek the relevant conservation and owner advice before making a selection. Access arrangements form part of the proposed sequence. Describe the shared route, any particular resident needs and the space available for equipment. Agree how notices will be circulated and how each stage will preserve the required circulation and escape arrangements.
